If you request UK Warranty Limited to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by UK Warranty Limited or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when UK Warranty Limited asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

What happens next?

If you have opted to receive your policy documentation by email it will arrive within 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, please check the spam folder in your email account to make sure it's not in there. If you have opted to receive your policy documentation by post it will arrive within ten days.

If you have purchased Multi Appliance Insurance, you will need to send us a Proof of Appliance Working video for each appliance that you have chosen to cover, the Proof of Appliance Working videos must be received by us within  days from today, otherwise your policy will be cancelled. Please don’t worry as it’s very simple to send us these videos. We will send you a text and an email that contain instructions. If you need any help sending these videos or if you have any questions please get in touch by calling .

Remember that you will need to supply us with copies of your proof of purchase. If these are not already supplied please do so as soon as possible. You can do this via My Account pages. Failure to do say may result in us being able process any claims.
